Fix Family Courts was founded by Ron & Sherry Palmer following their personal confrontation with the deep structural corruption and unconstitutional practices inherent in modern family court child custody litigation.
Recognizing that millions of loving, fit parents were being systematically stripped of their children, bankrupting themselves on attorneys who refused to challenge judicial overreach, the Palmers dedicated their lives to uncovering the true constitutional framework governing parental rights.
The Educational Philosophy
We operate on a simple, uncompromising premise: Fit parents hold a fundamental liberty interest under the Fourteenth Amendment that no state judge can lawfully infringe without meeting the strict scrutiny standard.
